Where the wine comes from
Bovino Vineyards is an 83.5-acre estate in the El Pomar District of the Paso Robles AVA, with about 45 acres planted to 16 different grape varieties.
It was founded by Dan Souza, a wine-grape grower and dairy farmer — the name Bovino joins bovine, for his dairy livestock, with vino for his vines. The estate carries three labels: Bovino, Joludi, and gen.er.os.i.ty.
