El Pomar District, Paso Robles, California
Broadleaf Ranch Wines
A lively Paso Robles ranch exploring Rhône grapes, Cabernet and bright coastal whites.
The story
Where the wine comes from
Broadleaf Ranch is a fictional El Pomar estate imagined across rolling Paso Robles hills, where warm afternoons and cool evening air suit an adventurous mix of grapes.
Its founders turned an old mixed-crop ranch into a patchwork of small vineyard blocks, giving the cellar freedom to move from Cabernet and Rhône blends to a bright coastal white.
Winemaking
Theo Mercer, grower and winemaker
Philosophy
