Fictional example — this winery, its wines and its tasting collections were created to show how a future Host&Vine profile could look.

The story

Where the wine comes from

Lantern House is imagined as a tiny St. Helena estate built around Cabernet Sauvignon and the quiet ritual of opening a bottle made to age.

Its fictional cellar releases a narrow collection: several expressions of estate Cabernet, a Chardonnay and occasional small-lot bottlings.

It represents wines that rarely travel far from their source — precisely the discoveries an at-home tasting can make personal.
